Specialist in general Pathology and Cytopathology tumour and non-tumour (biopsies, cytologies and clinical autopsies) with a Master in Molecular Oncology by the CNIO. Training in more specific areas such as non-tumour Neuropathology and Molecular Pathology in relevant biomarkers in clinical practice. Realization of numerous national and international courses in Molecular Pathology. I am currently a contributor to the Vigo team in the BREOGÁN Breast cancer study (BReast Oncology GAlicia Network: http://breogan.cesga.es/), which participates in the European project BRIDGES (https://bridges-research.eu). An international observational study whose objective is to identify women at high risk of suffering from breast cancer,through the complete evaluation of variants in already known genes and also in other highly suspected of causing breast cancer.
